Introduction


INTRODUCTION

The New Bern Housing Authority (hereinafter, "NBHA") is a public entity that was formed to provide Federally subsidized housing and housing assistance to low-income families within the Spartanburg area. NBHA is headed by an executive director and is governed by a seven-person Board of Commissioners and is subject to the requirements of Title 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations (hereinafter," CFR") and NBHA 's procurement policy.


NBHA is a local housing authority that provides public housing for low-income families. NBHA currently owns and manages 218 apartment units (Trent Court) as well as eight story 106 apartment Senior Voucher units (New Bern Towers). NBHA employees up to 5 maintenance workers including the Maintenance Supervisor. NBHA employs up to 15 employees in total.


In keeping with its mandate to provide efficient and effective services, NBHA is now soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured banking institutions to provide full-service Banking Services, including treasury management services and portfolio investment services. All proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must conform to all the requirements and specifications outlined within this document and any designated attachments and addenda in their entirety.
