Subject:  NSPIRE Inspection

Date of Notice: November 4, 2025

Dear Residents,

This notice is to inform you that a scheduled NSPIRE inspection (National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate) will take place on:

Date: Friday, November 7, 2025

Time: Beginning at 9:00 a.m.

The inspection will be conducted by authorized personnel to ensure that all units and common areas meet HUD safety and quality standards. Please ensure that we have access to your unit at the scheduled time.

To prepare for the inspection, please:

• Make sure all areas are clean and accessible.
• Ensure that smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are working properly.
• Do not block access to windows, doors, or utility areas.
